RKS Workout Week 3 Review

I decided to go ahead and actually cover week three as a whole as opposed to the 4 workouts because of the higher degree of difficulty as compared to week 1 and 2. If you are not in decent shape then rushing in to attempt to do workouts in week 3 could really cause you to think you would fail, and I am not in the business of making failures.

To your success follow this program at your own pace, feel free to repeat week 1 and 2 before going on to week 3.
